Each sub-score reflects a specific area of your website's health. Performance measures speed and loading efficiency. SEO evaluates search engine visibility. Accessibility checks compliance with web accessibility standards. Best Practices covers security, modern APIs, and code quality. How often should I run an analysis?

We recommend running a full analysis after every significant update to your website — content changes, redesigns, or technical updates. For ongoing monitoring, use the Watch feature to automatically track changes. Monthly analyses are a good baseline for most sites; high-traffic sites may benefit from weekly scans.

Credits are the currency for actions on Fixly. Each action — running an analysis, generating outreach emails, finding leads, or exporting reports — costs a set number of credits. Your plan includes a monthly credit allocation that resets at the start of each billing cycle.

Which plan is right for me?

If you're evaluating the platform, start with the free tier. Solo operators often move to Starter for more credits and Growth Score dimensions. Agencies and serious growth teams typically use Pro for multiple sites, GA4, client portals, and the agency dashboard. Enterprise adds API access, full white-label, and higher limits.

What happens when my credits run out?

When you've used all your credits for the current cycle, credit-consuming actions pause until your allocation resets. Upgrade from Dashboard → Profile → Plan & credits, or wait for your next monthly reset.

Is there a 7-day free trial for Starter or Pro?

Yes, once per account while you are on the Free plan: open Dashboard → Profile → Plan & credits and start a 7-day Starter or Pro trial — no card. When it ends, you return to Free unless you complete PayPal checkout.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Open Dashboard → Profile → Plan & credits and use "Switch to Free plan" to move back to Free limits immediately. Checkout is PayPal one-time per purchase (we don't store a subscription in Fixly), so you won't be charged again unless you buy again.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Your credit balance resets to your plan's full allocation at the start of each new cycle. This ensures you always have a predictable monthly budget for your growth activities.
