How do I run a website analysis?

Go to the Analyze page in your dashboard, enter any website URL, and click "Analyze." Fixly will scan the site and generate a detailed report with scores, issues, and actionable recommendations — usually in under a minute.

What are credits and how do they work?

Credits are the currency used for actions on the platform. Each action — such as running an analysis, generating outreach, or finding leads — costs a certain number of credits. Your plan includes a monthly credit allocation that resets at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Open Dashboard → Profile → Plan & credits, pick monthly or annual, and complete checkout with PayPal. Your plan and credits update as soon as payment succeeds.

How does the 7-day trial work?

On the Free plan, you can start a one-time 7-day Starter or Pro trial from Profile → Plan & credits — no card. When it ends, you return to Free unless you pay with PayPal.

How do I use the Outreach feature?

After running an analysis, go to the Outreach page in your dashboard. Fixly can generate personalized outreach emails based on the analysis findings. You can customize the tone, select specific issues to highlight, and copy or send the emails directly.

How do I set up Watch monitoring?

From the Watch page in your dashboard, add the URLs you want to monitor. Set your preferred check frequency and notification preferences. Watch will automatically re-scan the sites and alert you when it detects significant changes in scores or new issues.

How do I export my reports?

Open any completed analysis report and look for the export option. You can download reports as formatted documents to share with clients or team members. Enterprise plans also support API access for programmatic report retrieval.

How do I connect Google Analytics (GA4)?

Go to Settings in your dashboard, find the Integrations section, and click "Connect GA4." You'll be prompted to authenticate with your Google account and select the GA4 property you want to link. Once connected, analytics data will appear in your dashboard.

How do I cancel my plan?

Go to Dashboard → Profile → Plan & credits and click "Switch to Free plan." Your account moves to Free limits immediately. Checkout is PayPal one-time per purchase — you won't be charged again unless you buy again.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit via TLS, and the platform is hosted on secure infrastructure with role-based access controls. See our Security page for more details.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Contact us through the contact page and request account deletion. We'll process your request within 30 days and permanently remove your personal data and analysis history.
