Who we are

Fixly is an AI-powered growth execution platform that helps businesses identify conversion blockers, generate leads, and scale their online presence. When we say “we,” “us,” or “Fixly,” we mean the company operating the Fixly platform and services.

Information we collect

Account information

When you sign up via Google Authentication, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account. We do not store your Google password.

Website URLs and analysis data

We collect the website URLs you submit for analysis and store the resulting AI-generated reports, scores, and recommendations associated with your account.

Usage data

We automatically collect information about how you interact withFixly, including features used, pages visited, actions taken, credit consumption, timestamps, and basic device/browser metadata.

Payment information

Payments are processed through PayPal. We receive transaction confirmations, subscription status, and payer email from PayPal but do not store your full payment credentials on our servers.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in and may use analytics tools to understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use your information

• Provide and operate the service — run analyses, generate reports, manage your account, and deliver features you've subscribed to.
• Improve the product — understand usage patterns to prioritize new features, fix bugs, and enhance performance.
• Transactional communications — send account confirmations, billing receipts, Watch alerts, and other service-related notifications.
• Security and fraud prevention — detect unauthorized access, enforce rate limits, and protect the integrity of the platform.

Data sharing and third parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with the following service providers, strictly to operate Fixly:

• Google (Firebase Authentication) — handles sign-in and session management.
• PayPal — processes subscription payments and billing.
• OpenAI — powers the AI analysis engine. Website URLs and page content you submit are sent to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI's data usage is governed by their API data usage policies.
• Email service providers — deliver transactional emails such as receipts, alerts, and account notifications.

Data retention

• Account data (profile, settings, subscription status) is retained for as long as your account remains active.
• Analysis reports and generated content are retained for up to 12 months from creation, after which they may be automatically archived or deleted.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to update inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal data and account.
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Opt-out — unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time (transactional emails are not affected).

Cookies and tracking

• Session cookies — used to maintain your authenticated session. These are essential for the service to function and cannot be disabled.
• Analytics — with your consent, we use first-party analytics on public pages to understand aggregate traffic (no third-party ad trackers). You can change this anytime via Cookie settings in the site footer.

Security measures

• All data in transit is encrypted via TLS (HTTPS enforced on all endpoints).
• Our application and database run on managed cloud infrastructure with automated backups and isolated environments.
• Access to production systems and sensitive data is restricted to authorized personnel with role-based access controls.
• API keys and secrets are stored as environment variables and never committed to source code.

International data transfers

Fixly is operated using infrastructure located in the United States. If you access the service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using Fixly, you consent to this transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this policy.

Children's privacy

Fixly is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will promptly delete their account and associated data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on your dashboard. Continued use of Fixly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
