Quick Wins Playbook
High-impact fixes you can often ship in days, not quarters.
Quick wins are changes that are visible to visitors, testable quickly, and unlikely to need engineering-heavy refactors.
Hero and primary CTA
Align headline, subhead, and button with the same promise. Remove duplicate competing CTAs above the fold unless they serve different intents (e.g. pricing vs contact).
- Button copy should state the outcome (“Book a demo”) not the mechanics (“Submit”).
- If CTA is below the fold on mobile, move it or add a sticky bar.
Use the Overview tab after each audit — Fixly surfaces headline vs CTA mismatch and above-the-fold clarity.
Trust and risk reversal
Add or tighten proof near the CTA: specific metrics, recognizable logos, short quotes, guarantees, or security notes — whatever fits your offer.
Issue cards under trust and proof link to “Fix this” snippets you can paste without rebuilding the whole page.

Run an audit →Forms and friction
Remove optional fields, fix error states, and ensure success/thank-you confirmation is obvious. Long forms belong behind progressive steps or after intent is clear.
Form friction shows up in the crawl: required fields, errors, and thank-you flow are checked automatically.
SEO snippets
Unique title and meta per key template; avoid duplicate thin pages. Internal links from high-traffic pages to money pages.
SEO hygiene (title length, meta, H1 count) is scored per URL — re-run after edits to confirm the signal moved.
Ship quick wins with a live score
Fixly flags CTA, trust, and snippet issues so you fix what visitors actually see — not guesses.
